Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Licensed Insurance Agents to join our growing team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to build or expand their careers in the insurance industry with the support of a collaborative, growth-oriented agency.
What You'll Do:
- Develop new client relationships through outreach and referrals
- Assess client needs and provide suitable health/life insurance solutions
- Customize and present coverage plans from a wide range of carriers
- Manage client portfolios, including renewals and policy updates
- Collaborate with fellow agents for ongoing training and support
- Achieve sales targets while providing exceptional client service
What We're Looking For:
- Active Health & Life Insurance License (or willingness to obtain)
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and organized
- Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
- Able to work independently and within a team environment
